twice in a day
Today was quite an interesting day. Lawl i went training in the morning, my brother said it was the first hard set in a long time but i really didnt think it was difficult. Lawl i think all the boring 20*100 types are much tougher! Like that can swim until want to die ah. Im glad to say i didnt succumb and start slacking :D Im strooong yeah.
Went home played for a while, gahh im still so noob at rhasta. Then after lunch i slept till aft training. Lawl it was such a nice weather to sleep in (: All cold and stuff, the pool was much colder than it has been in a longlong time. Yay. I remember i used to be REALLY cold last time when i was young, and really freezing every session. Then now i really cant feel it. Ah well.
Training in the afternoon was okay. But the fly/breast set was tiriiing. I almost wanted to give up after 20. But then i thought might as well finish hard without regrets. Then gahh for every one of my strokes kenneth did like two lah. I wanted to punch him. My arms were totally dying liao x_x Damn difficult to lift up, and then see him just go boomboomboom past me without stopping, i think even my sprinting stroke rate cant go as fast as that -.- Lawl luckily there was breaststroke heh. If whole thing fly then byebye (:
Lawl and playing with kenneth is so interesting. Haha and you girls ah, tsktsk laugh until like that. I thought you all would have been embarrassed lawl. Damn sick =x
Anyway orion came! Yay. It's been such a long time since he came. Then we walked back together after training like before and i felt so nostalgic. Last time we used to wait for each other and walk to the main reception together. It feels like so long ago, and now i realise that i've like 1 more year to go before im jc. When im in jc will i become like him and yiwen? ): I dont want to become like that. Ahhh 1 more year, then i'll be old and gone. I really really miss all the times i had in the past, and i'll never forget my life i had here in the club.
